Marilyn joined the Connect2Help team in 2016, after spending 3 decades in the for-profit world. She has leveraged her extensive controller experience to handle the vast array of funding streams that make up Connect2Help’s budget, while also managing the human resource responsibilities for our staff of nearly 50 people.

Ron joined Connect2Help in 2010 as a bilingual specialist answering calls. He soon discovered a natural talent for data mining and reporting and transitioned into data reporting full-time. Working with sophisticated BI software such as Tableau, Connect2Help has been able to visualize and publish insightful data that helps funders and community stakeholders determine where to allocate resources.

Ann joined the Connect2Help team in 1994 as the assistant manager of the call center. She transitioned to resource database manager, and then into the director of data analytics. Through Ann’s leadership and commitment to Connect2Help, she was named CEO in 2017.

Elizabeth has worn many hats since she started with Connect2Help in 2000. She was the mastermind behind our statewide resource database. After returning to graduate school, Elizabeth transitioned to office management.
“I work here because I believe in the mission, and I like that we not only do good for the people who call into our phone room, but that the management team takes care of the staff.”
Charlotte started at Connect2Help as the Manager of Training and Education Services in 2009 and later transitioned into the Director of Operations Role. Prior to her work with C2H, Charlotte was the associate director of another local child and family serving agency, did clinical work with children, and worked as a substance use disorder program manager for the State of Indiana.
“I love the wide variety of ways that we make an impact. When we take time and care for and truly help the person on the call, we help that family. When we make a good record, because of our volume, our data can help whole communities”.
Abbey worked for non-profits for more than a decade before joining the Connect2Help team in 2018. She is passionate about working in an environment where she feels like she is making a difference.
