Community Data

While assessing each client’s needs, our Navigators collect a wealth of data. This information helps them to determine which programs a client might qualify for and which referrals best fit the client’s needs. Additionally, it helps us to understand the needs in our community better and to share that information with stakeholders and community partners who can make a difference in offering programming, or funding programs, or collaborating with other community partners. The data collected is kept strictly confidential, but by aggregating it, we can see trends in the community. The dashboards below give examples of how we can look at the needs data. The Current Data Dashboard displays data beginning in August 2018 when we began using the Vision Link system. The Historical Data Dashboard shows data from January 2015 to August 2018.
