Suicide Prevention

Connect2Help™2-1-1 can help callers in crisis connect with resources.

In October, 2003 Connect2Help™ received accreditation by the American Association of Suicidology (AAS), which is "dedicated to the understanding and prevention of suicide." AAS accreditation validates the assurance of service for persons in crisis. Connect2Help™ was the first agency in Indiana to be awarded this distinction.

Partnerships

Connect2Help™ has an agreement with the Lifeline Network to answer their National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, (800) 273-TALK (8255) and the (800) SUICIDE (784-2433) hotline, for central Indiana.
