Connect2Help™ recognizes the importance of protecting information we may collect from users of our services. Our policy is to use the specific and private information we may acquire from clients for the sole purpose of providing accurate and appropriate information and referral services.

Information used in Community Reporting provided by Connect2Help™ to illustrate trends, needs, barriers, and gaps in service is analyzed and reported in only aggregate form.

Callers to Connect2Help™ 2-1-1 are always welcome to remain anonymous. If callers choose to provide personal information and tell us that they do not wish to have this information used as a basis for further contact, we will respect those wishes.

Connect2Help™ takes precautions to keep the user information disclosed to us secure and such information is never disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.
