INFORMATION & REFERRAL SPECIALIST (Full & Part Time Positions)

Work with Connect2Help™ 2-1-1, a comprehensive telephone assistance service that helps to connect callers in need of health and human services with agencies that provide them.

• Requires a minimum of 12 hours per week and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Requires a two year commitment.
• Requires excellent computer and communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently, establish rapport, problem-solve & intervene when clients need assistance.
• Bi-lingual/bi-cultural a plus.
• Paid 200 hour training program provided.
