Mission statement: To facilitate connections between people who need human services and those who provide them.

Connect2Help™ 2-1-1 serves those who do not know where to turn for help. This is a program that educates and empowers people to help themselves. We are available 24/7/365 to connect Hoosiers who need essential human services with those who can provide them. 2-1-1 is the first number to call for help for easy, convenient access to community services without limits, whenever, wherever and to whomever it is needed.

Our services are free and confidential and we help Hoosiers get information about food, housing, health care, employment, support groups, parenting, counseling, education, clothing, shelter, volunteering, legal aid, and more. Our highly trained staff can assist whether someone is just seeking information or in the midst of a crisis.

Simply dial 2-1-1. On-site, professional Specialists are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If dialing 2-1-1 does not work from your phone, dial (317) 926-4357. Also, Connect2Help 2-1-1 now offers both email and self-search options through our website.

Service Area: Connect2Help™ 2-1-1 serves Marion County (Indianapolis) and the surrounding counties (Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson, Morgan and Shelby) 24 hours a day. Connect2Help™ 2-1-1 also provides overnight, weekend and emergency backup for other 2-1-1 Call Centers around the state of Indiana.
